Romanian deadlifts, Jefferson curls, back extension, reverse hyper(if available). Go light, go slow. Focus on form and try to get full range of motion.

start slow and do stretching, as well as good warm up before anything. as exercises, rowing and deadlifts for strenghtening your muscles.
