Don’t buy too many things in advance. For example we ended up with a bunch of button up onesies before realizing zippers are the way to go. Similar with bottles. Think lean startup method but for babies :)

During week 6 of CSX London, our GP, @asimpson, spoke on best practices around preparing for a pitch: “ ‘Build it and they will come’ is not true. You need to think through your distribution channels, which includes addressing go-to-market, partnerships, and community engagement.”
