I was just telling Chase I'm going to attempt a recipe for a sorta katsu curry. Any top tips?

I’ve actually never made katsu or karaage curries at home, but it’s prob my most ordered meal in any japanese restaurant. we have two regular spots nearby with excellent curry bowls. not sure I have any hot tips but crispy breading, little pickled veg on the side (cabbage, onions, pickles, whatever), and a savoury curry is 🤌
