So many amazing suggestions. I'll also add to try and get "morning light" in your eyes. Ideally get outside in natural light no more than 2 hours after sunrise. The sun being low in the sky will help reset circadian rhythm. If you like Podcasts Huberman labs has a lot of really in depth episodes on sleep. I believe the very first episodes
