Mmm venison chili! Recently started adding small amounts of organ meat to our diet and 12/10 recommend. Super high in protein and honestly they're like nature's multivitamin. A, B6, B12, copper, iron and so many more vitamins that are typically harder to get through diet

i grew up hunting so we had a heavier game and local butcher market, now as i move through cities i donβt know how iβd incorporate these things into the diet without excessive work and cost. struggle to trust local cattle markets while traveling so frequently.. i wonder if i.e chinese food is the best occasional fill-in for these.. though iβve also been trying not to overdo red meat lately

Yeah I would imagine it's hard to find someone reputable when going place to place. For this meal I used Force of Nature Ground Venison Ancestral Blend. I just got it in the frozen section at Whole Foods. Obviously not the freshest but they've got a good reputation and better than nothing !
