What are some sustainable way to reduce belly fat?

You can’t target the belly specifically, but overall fat reduction will get you where you want to be. Zone 2 cardio is a great way - think walking on an incline and speed that’s doable continuously for an hour, but uncomfortable if you try to have a conversation at the same time.

You cannot spot reduce fat. Often belly fat is the last to leave at lower body fat levels. A balanced diet Ina caloric deficit is the most sustainable way.
