good question not entirely sure, but maybe the vision of turning careers from "single-player" to "multiplayer" came from observing two things: 1. Traditional career paths are isolating; people build resumes independently and compete for positions rather than collaborating on growth. 2. Blockchain enables transparent, verified contributions that can be recognized by communities, not just employers. The inspiration was realizing careers should function more like open-source projects, where contributions are visible and verifiable by the community.
