If you don't like commuting for 3 hrs, change the job for something's closer to you.

If you can't find a job closer to you, improve your skills so you'll get it.

If there's no jobs closer to you, rent something closer to the office, even if it's smaller.

Sometimes I feel the result of the trade-offs are less visible because people bring their best selves to social media. Can look like everyone has it all, which is far from the truth.
