What's the most annoying crypto 'truth' you disagree with? I will start: 'Crypto's biggest problem is bad UX'.

kind of agree and disagree at the same time. i believe that crypto needs to be invisible to succeed - so in a way hidden from the user (kind of like how linux took over, but no regular user really cares/knows). therefore there's technically no ux to speak of, but at the same time it's all about the ux (though as a byproduct of solving all the other issues).

this "byproduct part" captures the core of the idea. UX is the byproduct of something that delivers value for user - we should work on that part more :)
