I think I'm sick of hearing from Sam Altman who while he has obv had success has a very narrow work experience. As someone said below, his version of a startup it might not work for but...there are others. Seems like he's the chosen one to be raised up in 2023 to 'guru' status where previous we had 'the genius of SBF'

Agree his first-hand experience is limited to two startups he founded. But doesn't he also have a second-hand experience of observing 1000s of start ups as a Partner and later a President of Y Combinator?

Yes gives him a good view for sure. And your cast was a gd topic to discuss. Seems like the media is elevating him as the latest wise one, so we hear his view over others with equally gd creds. I’m prob a bit hyper sensitive as it just smacks of the hero worship we saw last year.
