I have spent a long time thinking about this and one thing you have to be really careful about is straying into illiberalism when you get too lost in the food is poison sauce Yes the FDA food division is slow moving garbage Are we fat sick and unhealthy Yes But also Americans LOVE their junk food. And at a certain point with this you start getting into a dictation of personal choices right up there with vaccine mandates. Tough problem

I think a good compromise would be that coca cola gets to stay legal ban pepsi and also McDonald’s fries are legal still

RC cola is poison Faygo will be allowed but you have to get a license proving that you are a juggalo — and at that 10 bottles a month maximum
