switching between netscape & ie to publish a website.

yeah, I recall having a kind of patience w/ both browsers, b/c connection was spotty af. I wasn't manually dialing in, but I don't think it was broadband. trying to remember what I even built, ngl.

i remember always having to make splash pages or footers that said "this website is best viewed at 800x600 on netscape navigator"
