iirc, this is mansion reference is for the founders of two distinct defi protocols. let's face it, both are a pretty crappy options. in either case the game is rigged to not be one where there's multiple stages & accidental discoveries. how harmful is demoralization to you?

I actually consider the memecoin option fine because it's transparent the promise is speculation, and they deliver on that speculation promising governance and higher-minded goals ropes in gullible investors though, and that's treacherous when the real goal is leveraging coins to buy yourself mansions

you're not wrong, governance has typically receded to better understanding. I just think that maybe there is a crucial need for decentralized stables & curve was effective, early, & memetically active. one could argue the macro, so if we apply memecoins, to what end?

no, I mean in the specific circumstance where we catch a tailwind like curve did when powell relents. many could argue his model depends on no further shocks (lol). so if cost of capital naturally gets to the point where it's some orderflow & attention game, what's the coherent, fun experience for the next few years?
