I actually consider the memecoin option fine because it's transparent

the promise is speculation, and they deliver on that speculation

promising governance and higher-minded goals ropes in gullible investors though, and that's treacherous when the real goal is leveraging coins to buy yourself mansions

iirc, this is mansion reference is for the founders of two distinct defi protocols.

let's face it, both are a pretty crappy options. in either case the game is rigged to not be one where there's multiple stages & accidental discoveries.
