money being a means to an end, there are so many incentives to 90/9/1 real impact that leads to cascade (e.g. popular preference, even lasting social movements)

I don't even think we have the network capacity to imagine all of the incentives, much less realize a scant fraction of them, far less combine them as a technical exercise.

Don’t disagree. But “make a difference” needs a compelling pithy how that gets people motivated to sign up and stick around.
