data is cheaper than land. I wonder if TNS works in any intermediate fashion w/o discrete sovereignty, especially as a global orchestration of commercial entities. there should be a growing database of locations/craft on a spectrum from desolation to overregulation, & how much they're saturated w/ network unions.
