We need a forum discussing problems, not ideas, and a few dedicated builders, investors & contributors implementing an idea. This way, it stays selective, but engagement is bottom-up. This way, you demonstrate new governance models at the local level. Show working examples of what a network state could look like.

Have some community managers (like me 🫡), add agora’s for un-conference components, use matching with conference apps, speaker q&a couch areas, a pre-/post meetup, and apply some of the tools presented (cabin, coordinape, etc)
