That's possible with html, javascript, and a little css. Here's a super dated, but functional, quote graphic generator example that has most of the prerequisite parts you'd need. https://codepen.io/kod101/pen/rZzaQX A more modern approach would likely use something like react instead of jquery to manage state and UI.
