One @patrickworkman told me one of the biggest problems in web3 is that people want to build rocketships when we first need to build dirt roads and I think he's very right.

using crypto for renting things could be higher on the list. also, since L2s are maturing, it would be awesome to see granular, mundane tasks get funded (e.g. road repair).
