Topic of the day I think first of all it's important to understand your goals and intentions. What it can bring to you. And understanding the final result is the biggest motivation for action. Of course, to achieve something significant and decisive, you need to master the art of small steps. You don't need to wait for instant results. It’s better to set yourself up for the long haul. For me personally, the intermediate points are a vivid example of how to motivate myself over such long distances. I used to run a trail in the mountains, and it was a challenge for me to run 24 km uphill and then downhill. See comment ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The route was not easy. And having overestimated my capabilities at the start, I realised that after 3 km I was frankly not feeling well. There was only one thought in my head to quit the race, because I realised that there were still 20 km to go. But when I pulled myself together and remembered how much effort I had put into this goal, I exhaled and decided that I would finish the race. Even if it wasn't super fast. So I just chose a stone or a tree near me and set a goal to reach that point. At the same time, I was supported by other runners and tourists on the route, and of course, by the call of my friends who were waiting for me at the finish line. I did it, and it was my victory! So for me, the formula for achieving a goal is to plan, understand your capabilities and support! And of course, faith in yourself and that everything will work out!!!!
