The route was not easy. And having overestimated my capabilities at the start, I realised that after 3 km I was frankly not feeling well. There was only one thought in my head to quit the race, because I realised that there were still 20 km to go.
But when I pulled myself together and remembered how much effort I had put into this goal, I exhaled and decided that I would finish the race. Even if it wasn't super fast.
So I just chose a stone or a tree near me and set a goal to reach that point. At the same time, I was supported by other runners and tourists on the route, and of course, by the call of my friends who were waiting for me at the finish line. I did it, and it was my victory!
So for me, the formula for achieving a goal is to plan, understand your capabilities and support! And of course, faith in yourself and that everything will work out!!!! 0 reply
