Good evening friends!!! Sometimes the best solution after a hard day is to take a walk in your favourite places. I love walking the streets of my city, watching people and discovering new places. And not to rush anywhere... The magic of a big city is that among the noise of the streets you can feel calm, harmony and dimensionality. My fav one - Kyiv❤️ Wish you beautiful evening🥰

Topic of the day I think first of all it's important to understand your goals and intentions. What it can bring to you. And understanding the final result is the biggest motivation for action. Of course, to achieve something significant and decisive, you need to master the art of small steps. You don't need to wait for instant results. It’s better to set yourself up for the long haul. For me personally, the intermediate points are a vivid example of how to motivate myself over such long distances. I used to run a trail in the mountains, and it was a challenge for me to run 24 km uphill and then downhill. See comment ⬇️⬇️⬇️
