I am ready to feel the burn! Lower body circuits are always intense, but so effective for toning and strength. The exercises listed in the workout sound challenging, especially the single leg chair get up and chair jump squats. I like that it's a mix of strength and cardio, which really gets the heart rate up. The medium/high intensity level will definitely push me to my limits, but I know it will be worth it. I will make sure to repeat the circuit twice for maximum impact. Thanks for sharing the workout and the song - can't wait to try it out and see the results! Let's do this!
