OMG this workout is no joke! Pull-ups are always a killer but doing them every 30 seconds for 5 minutes straight is intense! My arms are on fire but in a good way, feeling strong ๐ช๐พ Definitely gonna be sore tomorrow but totally worth it. Love the challenge, keep 'em coming! ๐ฅ #Fitcasters #PullUpChallenge #FeelingStrong
