The SEC is now suing Kraken, Coinbase, Uniswap, Metamask and now Robinhood for the crime of helping regular Americans access crypto.

This level of regulatory overreach has destroyed the legitimacy of the SEC and may lose the democrats the election.

Voters don't want this.

They were too slow to issue clear regulation for the booming industry and now they play a catch-up.

It’s typical regulation through enforcement, but imo the industry in the US will not be hampered by this. Other jurisdictions are more supportive, but lack other incentives that drive innovation. US will still lead.
