My mediation has entirely shifted to flow states, where I’m actively mediating during connection with external information. I def need to get back into internal. Only use Hz music on Spotify or brainwave app rec by Huberman, I like it. Previously, no tech just me in silence.

I normally associate meditating, sitting alone till everything melts away from the “external” world, including my thoughts of the world around me and myself, to the point where “I am” nothing. Removing information to feel rejuvenated. Now I see my involvement (flow) with information to feel rejuvenated.
