How does anyone actually do social media it’s overwhelming at times

I go on Instagram, Twitter or TikTok and I just feel overwhelmed more and more - like I’m being electrocuted forcibly with Dopamine and amazing things and terrible things just getting mainlined extreme things (both positive and negative)

Socials are getting worst and worse, to get attention people do things out of this world.
