Got a new one on the way :) question for parents of 2+ kids:

- what are the highest-impact logistic hacks I can think about in advance?
- especially in the first few months, what was your experience with childcare (babysitter v nanny v inhouse etc)

Dad of 3 girls here. Many factors should be taken into consideration, age, gender and economic situation but some general stuff imo are: make the big siblings responsible for the little one, I mean don’t treat the little one as the precious one. Let them play together and taking care of him/her. In the first few months we didn’t used any outside help, we used that time to create that bond between them so they can see him/her part of the squad.
