are you feeling sore & stiff? here are some of my go to upper body and lower body stretches hold each one for 20 seconds each 1. bicep stretch 2. upper back stretch 3. over head tricep stretch 4. shoulder stretch 5. hamstring stretch 6. hip flexor stretch 7. active hamstring stretch - 5 reps 8. quad stretch i hope you find them helpful and as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions!
