ready to get your heart pumping? today’s warpcast workout is a 💥quick cardio HIIT💥 structure: • 5 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 20 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. high knees 2. chair dips 3. walk to pushup ( or regular pushups ) 4. jumping jacks 5. bear hold take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - medium let me know if you have any questions or workout requests and please let me know how you find it ↑

I'm here for this! 3.walk to pushup is hard but fun! Would it be alright to do this every other day instead of daily?

i wouldn't recommend this one every day! i would suggest at the most 3 times a week with a day rest inbetween
