those 2 are in different categories of apps mini-apps can overlap but it's mostly entertainment and makes sense to launch where most people are

telegram bills itself as a private messenger (although it’s not e2ee) whereas farcaster is an open and decentralized social network startups can build private messengers on top of farcaster (like /comm) but tg & fc’s missions don’t seem to overlap
