What I like about this essay is that it emphasises how being authentic is more than just posting what feels natural. If you’re serious about this, you need to think about what makes you, you, and emphasise those things time and time again. The relationship between being authentic and zoning in on a niche is not a binary one, it is a spectrum. Those who do it best are able to lie in the middle whilst transcending the typical tradeoffs.
