eggs

I have had eggs almost every day since 2014.

i don’t know who needs to hear this anecdotal broscience but it’s been tested rigorously on many body types over 15 years, including on me, roommates, brothers & friends & has worked every single time without fail 

so here’s how to get shredded:

>eat a minimum of 4 HEALTHY eggs each & every day 

this plus walking & that’s literally it 

make sure the eggs are healthy; this is natures multivitamin (unless you want to eat beef liver)

if you take this to 5 or 6 eggs (can supp whites) you will get very lean, very fast & will never be hungry 

do this, plus:

>10 pushups 
>10 pull-ups 
>10 squats 
>10 crunches
>10k steps 

and slightly restrict your eating window + no more than 2 meals a day & you will legit transform into an olympian in less than 90 days

the only downside is that you have to eat a minimum of 4 eggs every single day & it will get severely nauseating very quickly
