Nobody is mad about 4% annual inflation They’re mad about the 30% total price increase since covid. They drive by a burger king and it says whopper $8.49 and they feel robbed

I'm wondering if this is this 'crack' that changes things in higher ed. How would 4% inflation affect these institutions?
