any factors that are just so much more important than most others? financially or in terms of happiness

nfa 😂 but i tend to lean towards "happiness" when making large purchases, like even if it means spending more (within reason of my own means) it's worth it if it pleases me

and i think a house is definitely something you want to feel happy with
