New Bountycaster feature

We added a toggle to display your recommended bounties on bountycaster.xyz if you're signed in. Our v1 factors:

- categories you've completed (weighted)
- posted by someone you worked with before
- posted by users you follow
- more accessible bounties (e.g. feedback, recs)

Will expand in v2!

Right now we have recommended bounties on our site based on previous bounties completed, not sure how that would be done easily in a cast action
