I've been wondering, what kind of premium will there be on non computer cars in the future? will they be be outlawed due to 'safety' concerns. how does everybody feel about being tracked 100% of the time.

I only recently upgraded to a 2023 model vehicle with wireless connectivity from a 2004 car with none, in part because of concerns about surveillance.
