Thank you so much, everyone, for your support. It’s not easy to be vulnerable. After my performance at the Grammys, I even thought about stopping singing and quitting music forever, despite having sung since I was 9 years old. I asked myself a lot of questions while I was in the dark and realized that I needed help and should find a therapist. I’ve worked with her for a year, and it has been the best decision of my life. I just want to remind you one more time: it’s okay to ask for help, and better days are ahead of us. ❤️ This performance wasn’t perfect, but all I wanted to do at that moment was to cry for my country. ❤️🇺🇦
