The one thing you want to avoid when launching any type of marketing program, be it an affiliate or points program, is 

sacrificing long-term growth for short-term gains. 🧨

B) Unsustainable rewards 📉

It's okay to overdeliver rewards in the early stage to reward early adopters, but make sure to think about how these could scale.

Build a model in Google Sheets to understand how the program will scale. Break it down into "epochs" if needed.

C) No transition plan after token launch (if token launch) 💣

This one might be the most dangerous and most common.

Not to mention, if users are only using your project to farm a token, then you have an even bigger problem.
