What is a conversion? And how does it related to open vs. closed positions? Would be great to simplify the language to something like "earn 80% of the money spent by your referrals" (or whatever is technically accurate in this case)

I agree with Mark, to simplify it further I would remove “what are the rewards”, and use “Earn 80% …” as the title. Think the hierarchy I was thinking would be > Earn rewards when referred users trade > only valid for open and closed positions > rewards will be paid in usdc
