Been thinking about this... Authenticity stands out, especially on social media. It’s easy to show only the polished side, but real confidence comes from being genuine—even when it’s messy. ‘Fake it until you make it’ only goes so far; people can sense when it’s just for clout. The truth is, people connect with what’s real—they’re drawn to those who stumble, learn, and grow. So, here’s to embracing the imperfections. I’m still learning this myself, but I know that’s where genuine connection begins.

這個問題問的好 選擇系統性的學習路徑也要學習者的基礎知識在哪個程度 對于不是 0 知識的小白，通常我自己是這麽做的👇 : *如果要研究某個項目， - 先從官方的 docs 下手（用AI做總結是蠻有效率的方式），然後去看看 defillama 那邊看項目的發展現況 - 再來我會搜尋項目方的創始人或者團隊成員是否有做過 podcast 的訪問，去聽聽 - 最後是看看推特上關於這個項目的談論 *如果是研究某個賽道的發展，Defillama & Token Terminal 是不錯的工具

這幾天才領悟到原來 Kain 在罵的是以太 😅 這些 OG DeFi 協議 founders 在他們私人的 chat groups 大概是已經罵以太罵了好幾年了， EF 應該要 periodically 跟這些 founders 有些溝通 & 交流，不然如何能理解真實用戶，開發者和協議的需求呢？就算只是 aligning values 也是很重要的。這是 web 3 機構相對于 web 2 來説比較失敗的地方

That’s the idealistic side of me talking. In reality, things rarely work that way. Many of us working full-time in crypto feel the weight of constantly keeping up. The pressure only intensifies, and it’s not always productive. End of rant. Do I have a solution? Not really. I just try to keep my head down and find meaning in my work. When I look around, it honestly makes me anxious. 📌 By the way, I highly recommend reading Peak Performance and The Passion Paradox by Brad Stulberg. These books have been game changers in my personal development and keep me sane in a competitive space like crypto.
