Been thinking about this... Authenticity stands out, especially on social media. It’s easy to show only the polished side, but real confidence comes from being genuine—even when it’s messy. ‘Fake it until you make it’ only goes so far; people can sense when it’s just for clout. The truth is, people connect with what’s real—they’re drawn to those who stumble, learn, and grow. So, here’s to embracing the imperfections. I’m still learning this myself, but I know that’s where genuine connection begins.

10k+ steps 💪 It’s hard for my brain to work efficiently if I stare at the computer screen for hours on end. Taking breaks and going for a walk really boosts my productivity 长时间盯着电脑屏幕，很难让大脑高效工作。休息一下，去散个步，能大大提高工作效率

这个消息让我联想到 Tornado cash 开发者也被逮捕的事件我觉得 telegram 的问题似乎会比 tornado cash 的问题跟大，原因是 TornadoCash 的设计大致上是让用户无需许可的用，而 telegram 是完全中心化的，照理说telegram 的团队有能力去做多方面的限制+KYC等
