Companies should seek to use decentralized platforms more e.g deform instead of google forms. If we don’t use the tech, we cannot expect others to. More importantly, we will lack user empathy to make it better. 

What are other decentralized alternatives that should be used more?

Definitely social media.

It’s tough to compete with the network effects of giants like X, TikTok, and Instagram, but if we, as web3 natives, don’t pioneer and blaze the trail, no one else will.
