For me, it’s ramen. I will travel out of my way for an incredible bowl. I had ~20 bowls on a recent trip to Japan, have likely eaten a few hundred bowls over the last 7 years, and have a ramen instagram for logging.

Love the ramen in Japan. They take the craft of ramen making very seriously. One time I had 4 bowls of ramen during a 24hr layover in Japan 😁
