There’s been more conflict on Farcaster this weekend than any in my recent memory (except maybe the invite floodgate??) 👀😩🤷‍♂️

Do you think it’s due to an increase in psychological safety, niceness fatigue, we’ve reached enough scale to support legitimate factions, or something else?

It’s for sure that as this platform grows, people will feel as though they can get away with saying increasingly aggressive and/or ridiculous things.

I think it just comes with the territory on socials of scale.

Sounds weird, but I think it is because people feel that they can get away with saying the aforementioned things without people noticing it was them who said it; especially as the platform because more busy.

Like you said also, I think as scale increases, groups/factions do form.
