thanks, i was too. It’s interesting the platforms follow the same flow (low Sep, tiny spike in October and then decline into November and December). I looked into Mastodon. Online and a few of the other servers and the growth % were smaller but followed the same flow as the mastodon. social so i just stopped there

Another, we slowly migrate to decentralized social media services. If you are upset at the Twitter decision, you should be. We’ve been played on the other social platforms as well. I imagine the next steps for twitter is to disable the ability to link out to *any* website, similar to how Instagram & TikTok do for captions. So, prepare for that. it’s not unprecedented. The solution? a fix at the legislative level for interoperability on social media including of our followings, content & data
