some interesting data, Liz. didn't expect a decline across the board. 

the Mastodon numbers are higher, of course, since you only considered the biggest instance. I understand the approach, though.

thanks, i was too. It’s interesting the platforms follow the same flow (low Sep, tiny spike in October and then decline into November and December). I looked into Mastodon. Online and a few of the other servers and the growth % were smaller but followed the same flow as the mastodon. social so i just stopped there
