I struggle to get up. I'm more of a night owl, but the days I do wake up super early I feel very productive and good inside GM guys!

GM fren! to each his own, no call to action here. Gotta say tho, I personally thought of myself as more of a night owl when I was in my early 20s, later on I realized the very early morning is essentially the same thing, only with a much more refreshed and awake mind if u sleep earlier. Then I became a morning person 🐱

How do you do it? What do you do in that time? I really want to turn my life around in that aspect, but it is hard for me. I'm 33 and still sleeping late. I mean, you know what it's like over here... we get up late, lunch late, party late and sleep very late

my trick is to want it enough, then simply believe in it. You already know you can do it. Once you realize how much it adds to your life (and not takes away as would be more common perception: needing to sacrifice); it becomes quite easy

Anytime, brother. I really believe in letting things flow and not forcing anything. There's nothing wrong with staying up lateβ€”the late evening and early night are beautiful too. Everything has its time, and we go through phases in life. I know you live in Spain, where dinner is eaten late, so naturally, you'd adjust. Going to bed at 10 pm is already a big shift from midnight or 1 am. It doesn't have to be 4 am or 5 am, these are already extremes. Run some experiments, see how you feel, and adjust. Before you know it, you might find yourself loving the earlier mornings, and it becomes an easy habit. In the end, I think it’s really about what you believe in.
