I struggle to get up. I'm more of a night owl, but the days I do wake up super early I feel very productive and good inside

How do you do it? What do you do in that time? 

I really want to turn my life around in that aspect, but it is hard for me. I'm 33 and still sleeping late. I mean, you know what it's like over here... we get up late, lunch late, party late and sleep very late

Gotta say tho, I personally thought of myself as more of a night owl when I was in my early 20s, later on I realized the very early morning is essentially the same thing, only with a much more refreshed and awake mind if u sleep earlier. Then I became a morning person 🐱
