I struggle to get up. I'm more of a night owl, but the days I do wake up super early I feel very productive and good inside GM guys!

GM fren! to each his own, no call to action here. Gotta say tho, I personally thought of myself as more of a night owl when I was in my early 20s, later on I realized the very early morning is essentially the same thing, only with a much more refreshed and awake mind if u sleep earlier. Then I became a morning person π±

How do you do it? What do you do in that time? I really want to turn my life around in that aspect, but it is hard for me. I'm 33 and still sleeping late. I mean, you know what it's like over here... we get up late, lunch late, party late and sleep very late

I find that going to sleep very early helps and if you still sleep through until late morning try again until you are caught up enough on sleep and then youβll naturally wake up +/- 8 hours from when you went to sleep so 8pm=4am During the morning hours I like to walk around on calls, write, and read mostly

my trick is to want it enough, then simply believe in it. You already know you can do it. Once you realize how much it adds to your life (and not takes away as would be more common perception: needing to sacrifice); it becomes quite easy
